Melted Zipper Designs
For our Final project each student had to make up an imaginary business and create various artifacts for that business. I chose 'Melted Zipper Designs.' A clothing design business created by me! I had, by far, more fun working on this project than I have ever had working on one in my life! I actually used clothing in the magazines that I made myself. I took the pictures myself in my apartment using my boyfriends camera and a camera stand. All in all, I was very happy with how it turned out! For the first part of the project, we had to create a letterhead, a logo, and a four page spread. For the second part of the project we had to create an 8 - 12 page magazine, a business card, and a flyer. It was very hard work, but it was still amazing to create it all!

Stout City Luchadores
This layout was the first layout design I ever made. The professor pretty much told us that she wanted a four page spread using Master pages with no other specifications. So I chose to whore off my boyfriends band and make a small pamphlet for them. It's okay, I know I rule.

joshuaCoustic CD Layout
This cd layout was my first attempt at a cd layout. It was made for a Victoria solo artist named joshuaCoustic. It was rather difficult to do since he gave me nothing to go on but the music. So for this one, I listened to the cd and came up with art as the music played. In the end, it was probably the best way to create it since the music has a different sound to it than most acoustic songs do.

Miss Useless CD Layout
My second attempt at a cd layout. However, this one was for myself. I like it a lot and this too was created by accident. I had just recorded the songs and was playing around with an image in photoshop. It kind of fits the music in a symbolic fashion. Only one other comment to make on this one... The art that is seen on the actual CD is not of my creation. It was my first shot at using a Lightscribe disc and haven't quite figured out the art of making my art look right when it's burned on the CD, since I did not create it, I will not be displaying it here.

Miss Shiner Pageant 2008 Program
This job happened upon me by chance. My mom and her friend Christy somehow got stuck with running the annual pageant in Shiner and were clueless as to how to create a good program. I volunteered for the job. The layout was the easy part. Getting all of the ads to work right was another story...
